At Wright Lane Logistics, people come first.
My background is not the traditional path into trucking. My education is rooted in criminal justice and social work, and for years I have dedicated my life to helping others through owning and operating group homes for adults with disabilities. That experience taught me something that applies to every industry: when you treat people with dignity, respect, honesty, and compassion, you build something meaningful.
As a newer carrier entering the trucking industry, I may not claim to know everything — but I do believe in working hard, learning every day, and leading with integrity. I understand the importance of communication, reliability, patience, and treating drivers like human beings rather than numbers on a board.
Wright Lane Logistics was built on the belief that trucking can still be personal. Our goal is to create a company culture where drivers feel appreciated, supported, and respected while providing dependable service to our customers.
